​Where are your sessions held?
​
All online sessions are currently held online using our Zoom platform. All instructions and login details are provided upon booking. If you have any further questions, please do ask me at:

In-person events are held at our Hill Top Haven retreat in the North Pennines (see www.hilltophaven.co.uk for accommodation details)

​What payment types do you accept?
​
Payments can be made through Paypal or by credit or debit card. Full or partial payment is made at the time of booking, depending on which package/event/payment plan you choose.

Can I cancel my booking?
​
Cancellation terms depend on the type of event.
​
Personal Coaching and Mindfulness:
All 1-1 individual sessions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before our meeting.
All coaching packages can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first coaching conversation. After you have started your programme, cancellations may be available, upon request. This is at the discretion of the coach.
Bookings on the 8 week Mindfulness course and Full Day Retreat can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the start. After that, it is at the discretion of the mindfulness teacher.
Monthly group events can be cancelled up to the event start.

In all cases where a refund is given, an administration fee is charged (to cover bank charges etc) of £5
