I work with individuals and groups to teach wellbeing techniques to combat stress and anxiety, as well as to improve self development using mindfulness.

As a working culture in the UK, we are moving away from traditional working practices towards a culture of flexibility, agility and focus on staff as individuals.

1-1 Coaching

 

I offer 1-1 sessions for any leader or staff member.

Each person is an individual, with individual abilities and challenges. 
I work with each person on a unique and confidential 1-1 basis.

Group  or Team Coaching

I offer group sessions on a variety of topics, depending on the needs and challenges of your particular organisation. For example, I offer workshops on improving confidence, identifying and resolving limiting beliefs and setting and achieving goals.

Organisational Wellbeing

Increasingly, businesses and organisations are recognising the importance of mental health in the workplace. 

​

Many organisations are now taking a proactive stance to help employees improve their wellbeing and work-life balance.

​

It is well recognised that doing so improves employee resilience, commitment, motivation and productivity.

​

I can help you provide wellbeing services for you and your staff in a 1-1 or group setting. I offer a variety of wellbeing, stress reduction and resilience courses to suit your needs.

  • 1-1 wellbeing mentoring and coaching
     

  • 1/2 day and full day wellbeing group workshops on a variety of topics such as:
    * Relaxation
    * Stress Reduction
    * Resilience
    * Saying No

     

  • 1 hour relaxation sessions on a regular, recurring basis (eg monthly/weekly)
     

  • Bespoke packages combining mindfulness and coaching
