About the Event
Join a friendly and relaxed class for a taster of Mindfulness. Perhaps you are curious or perhaps you're familiar with mindfulness, but want to know more. Perhaps you know nothing about it, but you're looking for something to combat stress & anxiety. The evening is free. We'll combine a mixture of discussion of mindfulness theory, such as 'being in the present moment' and autopilot with some formal and informal mindful meditation.
