Mindfulness Evening Wed 8th September
Join a friendly and relaxed evening session for a taster of mindfulness. Whether you're new to Mindfulness, or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome. We will spend the hour and a half discussing some of the principles of mindfulness, and include short formal and informal meditations.
