Join a friendly and relaxed afternoon for a taster of mindfulness. Whether you're new to Mindfulness, or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome. We will spend the hour and a half discussing some of the principles of mindfulness, and include short formal and informal meditations. You'll go home with something to think about, and ways to practice relaxation and resilience. Purchase a ticket here, or pay on the day.
