If you'd like to know more - whether you're a newbie and curious, or you're a seasoned meditator - join a friendly and relaxed class to learn more. Over the course of 8 Tuesday evenings we'll build up your skill and knowledge with lots of room for meditation and silence but also lively discussion. This course blends together the elements of the well-known and often prescribed MBSR and MBCT mindfulness courses.
