On the third Wed evening of each month, join a friendly and non-judgemental group for 1/2 an hour of mindfulness and relaxation. The theme for each evening is about checking in with ourselves. You can choose to share in this supportive environment, or not. The aim is to be relaxed and comfortable.

About the Event

On the third Wed evening of each month, join a friendly and non-judgemental group for 1/2 an hour of mindfulness and relaxation. The theme for each evening is about checking in with ourselves. You can choose to share in this supportive environment, or not. The aim is to be relaxed and comfortable.

You may choose to use this time to sit, be quiet and meditate along with us, reflecting on your day and any emotions that come up for you. 

You may choose to augment your time by setting your intention for the week ahead. This may be a goal or just a way of being. 

You may like to share this with the group, to keep give you a degree of (supportive) accountability. 

Alternatively, you may spend all the 1/2 hour in silence. 

This monthly 1/2 hour is a time for you.
